Registration or an application does not guarantee access. We may approve, delay, or decline buyer accounts. Inventory submissions are evaluations, not binding purchase orders until confirmed in writing.

Channel and geographic restrictions may apply to some opportunities. Marketplace restrictions are available; they are not a guarantee that product will never appear on a public marketplace.
